At Detail Depot NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location or schedule a courier pickup.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, notifying you via email once complete.
